How it works
We transform your dog’s or cat’s heartbeat into a unique piece of music in four simple steps. A precise, handcrafted and deeply human process, backed by more than three decades of experience.
01
It all begins with their heart
We have developed an app that lets you capture and interpret your pet's heart sounds from your phone. You can take the reading at home, right beside them, and listen to the heartbeat that will give rise to something deeply personal: their very own music.
The app analyses the sound information from the heart and obtains the notes that will serve as the starting point for the composition. When you send the reading, Mario Benitez, musician and creator of SonoHeart Music, receives it in his studio in Ireland, where the work begins of transforming that heartbeat into a unique piece of music, also inspired by your story together.
Their heart marks the beginning. Their music becomes a legacy: a way of keeping, and listening to, the bond that unites you.
02
Acoustic and musical analysis
Once the recording arrives in Ireland, Mario analyses the heartbeat’s characteristics in detail: frequencies, rhythm, harmonics, amplitude and natural variations.
These elements reveal its distinctive sound signature and form the musical foundations of the piece: tonal centre, scale, tempo, rhythmic structure and harmonic direction.
This is where an actual heartbeat begins to become a musical language.
Every composition begins in their own heart.
03
Artistic composition
Drawing on this analysis, Mario Benítez composes each piece individually in his studio in Ireland, bringing more than three decades of experience in composition, performance, sound design and music production.
Every melody, harmony, rhythm and instrument is chosen specifically for that piece. No AI-generated compositions or pre-made musical templates are used.
The result is a unique, handcrafted piece of music, created by a person to accompany the present and remain a lasting expression of that bond.
Their heartbeat is one of a kind. So is their music.
04
Your music, yours forever
Within a maximum of 7 working days, you will receive the finished composition, fully produced and mastered to professional studio quality. It comes as two files of a single composition: a version of about 5 minutes and an extended version of up to 30 minutes.
The work is delivered in two formats, WAV (48 kHz, 24-bit) and MP3 (320 kbps), together with a personal online page, with a link and a QR code, to listen to it and share it from any device.
The experience is completed by a downloadable A4 PDF, with your pet’s photograph and a QR code that takes you straight to their music, for you to print and frame at home. Nothing physical is posted: everything is digital.
A work to listen to today. A keepsake for a lifetime.
Launch price: €490 per pet (regular price: €690).
